APD to hold Tier Workshops
TALLAHASSEE — The Agency for Person with Disabilities will
hold three workshops around the state that will clarify and simplify
the Medicaid waiver tier rules. The legislatively required tiers
went into effect on October 15, 2008. Anyone interested should
consider attending one of the workshops. The meetings are as
follows:
· July 9, 1- 4 p.m., Agency for Persons with Disabilities, 4030

· July 16, 1- 4 p.m., Agency for Persons with Disabilities, 401
NW 2nd Avenue, Room 1011, Miami, Florida
· July 24, 1- 4 p.m., Agency for Persons with Disabilities, 1313
