APD - ABC & Billing Call - Summary of the main points made during the call.

I am glad that many of you were able to join the call today regarding ABC
and Billing. I know that a number of people were not able to get in due to
all lines being full. If you were unable to join us, here is a summary of
the main points made during the call:

1. Providers in Area 3 can bill for March services.
We have corrected 8480 service plans in cost plans with negative balances
that resulted from the rate adjustments, except for 110 that were over the
tier cap or had other miscellaneous issues. We have forwarded these to the
attention of the central office. If you experience difficulties with one
of these, please email Cynthia_Tyson@apd.state.fl.us with "Billing
Question" in the subject line of your e-mail.

If you already have billed for March, and the payment you received was
incorrect, you may consider voiding and re-billing for that service.

2. Billing for April services
Detailed information and instructions for April billing can be found at

3. Service Authorizations
The April 7, 2011 memorandum issued by Acting APD Director Bryan Vaughan
continues to serve as a service authorization for the period effective
April 1, until a permanent service authorization is issued to you by waiver
support coordinators.
