Survey- What Rights are most important to individuals and their caregivers.

Disability Rights Florida (formerly the Advocacy Center) has put out a survey to help determine what areas of Rights are most important to individuals and their caregivers. They will be collecting this information all through June 2011, at least.

It takes less than five minutes to fill out and you can leave your name if you want more communication, or submit it anonymously.

I have sent it out to the providers and individuals I know, but it occurred to me that you might want to put it into your emailings.
