NOTICE OF CHANGE IN IMPLEMENTATION DATE OF RESIDENTIAL FEE COLLECTION The Agency for Persons with Disabilities has changed the implementation of the Residential Fee Collection process in order to allow APD to address concerns raised by stakeholders. This means the first fees will now be due on June 15, 2012, for federal benefits received between May 1 and May 31, 2012. Details regarding this initiative may be found in proposed rule 65G-2.016 of the Florida Administrative Code.
