Please realize that APD will only allow authorization under the waiver through COB
August 31, 2010 for individuals under age 21 who have not yet transitioned
to the MSP system for PCA services.

Please verify that the provider has completed the KEYPRO process for
service authorization under MSP. If the provider has not completed their
paperwork to get authorized by KEYPRO under MSP, or is not intending to
provide services under MSP, then the waiver participant will need to pick
another PCA provider that is enrolled as a MSP provider.
