Last Legislative Session, a bill was introduced that would create a managed care medical model to replace the current Medicaid Healthcare system. Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Based Services program was included in this bill. It failed but we have been assured that it will be introduced again this next legislative session. It is important that we all make sure to take the time to voice our opinions.
